As a Senior Engineering Program Manager, you will have one of the most critical roles at the company. You will be a member of the team that produces the best-in-class, tough-as-nails product that YETI is known for. This individual will interface with workstream and business owners within Procurement, Quality, Engineering, IT, Product, Finance, Legal, and beyond to define, plan, and execute programs that support the strategic goals of the organization. This role will be focused on technical projects in a fast-paced environment. We do whatever it takes to support all products, across all categories, across all our global supply chain.

Responsibilities:
• Increase throughput at our suppliers and ensuring continuity of supply via duplicate tooling/equipment or process improvement
• Start production with new suppliers and/or new factories (including greenfield projects)
• Support for any and all business needs related to products post-launch including functional product improvements, changes, and EOL (end of life)
• Drive process and setting pace for engineering changes in collaboration with Design Engineering
• Own the execution of multiple programs and their interrelated projects in an organized, detailed manner
• Projects require cross-functional coordination, communication, influence, and negotiation
• Develop and maintain project related documentation such as charters, schedules, budgets, action logs, risk registers, and updates
• Analyze stakeholder needs across all workstreams to identify gaps, identify risks, and define mitigation for an acceptable and timely solution
• Effectively and efficiently communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership via presentations, dashboards, email, verbal, etc.
• Assume accountability for the entire program from start to finish while ensuring all project objectives and deliverables are met

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or STEM-related field
• At least 6 years of experience with a proven track record of successfully managing projects to completion
• Innovative and creative problem solver with meticulous attention to detail and a stickler for time management
• Open to bi-directional feedback and able to apply it to improve themselves, their team, and YETI
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to filter and distill the relevant information to the right audience
• Comfortable with change and ambiguity with the ability to quickly propose solutions given limited guidance
• Can communicate with technical and non-technical team members effectively
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, and production is a plus
• Consumer product experience is a plus
• PMP certification is a plus
