Resurgent Capital Services is seeking a Sr. Manager for our Compliance and Oversight Analytics team. The Sr. Manager will leverage excellent communication skills, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to effectively serve as the leader of a team of analysts supporting the different teams with the Compliance and Oversight department; Compliance, Audit, Quality Assurance, Servicer Oversight & Support, Licensing, and Process Improvement. This position will perform as an analyst as well as managing a team of 3-4 analysts and report to the SVP, Compliance & Oversight.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree required (quantitative field preferred).
  
• 5+ years of experience in related position
  
• People development and relationship management skills required.
  
• Expert skills using programming languages required (SQL experience a plus).
  
• Advanced knowledge of AM and data warehouse structure a plus.
  
• Advanced PowerBI, PowerPivot and Reporting Services skills required.
  
• Advanced skills in Excel (charts, formulas, macros) required.
  
• Comfortable presenting data in a variety of formats, most commonly expressed as Excel pivot tables, charts, and SQL Server sandboxes.
  
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
  
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Orientation for detail, coupled with organizational and project management skills.
  
• Comfortable with "quick math": the ability to quickly discern accuracy, spot trends/problems, and size up opportunity.
  
• Must be flexible to changing priorities, project scopes, and deadlines.
  
• Highly proficient in MS Office package, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  
• Must achieve a score of 'expert' or higher on SQL test.
  
• Ability to multi-task, respond well to pressure and deadlines, and work well individually and in a collaborative environment.
  
• Flexible to changing priorities, project scopes, and deadlines.
