ANNUAL SALARY RANGE: $98,968.00 - 164,945.00 (Salaries are paid biweekly)
ANNUAL ANTICIPATED HIRING RANGE: $114,000.00 - 141,000.00 (Salaries are paid biweekly)

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe following duties and responsibilities are illustrative of the primary functions of this position and are not intended to be all inclusive.
- Design and manage Operational Technology (OT) and Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) systems.
- Manage all aspects of the distribution substation activities including operations, maintenance, and improvements.
- Manage Advance Distribution Management Systems (ADMS), Distribution Automation (DA) and Substation OT/CIP technologies and systems.
- Manage OT/CIP & Grid Modernization Programs, Projects and Asset Management
- Manage OT/CIP devices and systems integration and configuration.
- Manage OT/CIP device passwords and scheduled remote password changes.
- Manage OT/CIP systems Patch and Firmware Management, assessments, and testing.
- Manage Distribution Protection Relay program including settings and testing.
- Lead and drive OT/CIP best practices, utility standards adoption and implementation.
- OT/CIP subject matter expert for NERC and WAPA compliance efforts.
- Review and respond to OT/CIP devices scans and threats and report to management.
- Manage and coordinate periodic vulnerability assessments and resulting remediation.
- Manage and oversee field support for OT/CIP security, access, integration or related issues.
- Design and manage CIP, quality assurance and grid event recoveries.
- Design, monitor and report on OT/CIP KPIs and manage monthly scorecards
- Manage project requirements, support services and procurement management.
- Manage relevant consultant and contractor support services agreements and personnel.
- Manage and oversee troubleshooting, root cause analysis, mitigation efforts and sustainable solutions.
- Actively up-skills team members and enhances a high-performance cross functional technical team.

- Strong RTU equipment, communications and protocols including DNP3 skills.

- Moderate business analysis and requirement gathering skills.
- Moderate computer programming skills.
- Moderate database, historian admin and conceptual design and analytics/mining skills.
- Moderate procurement, contractor and consultant management experience.

Required QualificationsMinimumPreferredCollege degree or equivalent work experience. Some positions may require functionally related certification or advanced degrees Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
Experience Requirements- Minimum five years of broad experience in OT/CIP, ADMS and Protection Relay systems. Management or supervision experience.
