Where you come in:

  • You will be a key leader in designing the digital strategy and planning workshops based on business objectives and stakeholder analysis, including adopting appropriate approaches/methods, facilitation techniques, pre-work, artifacts, and deliverables
  • You will be looked to as a trusted partner and problem solver, determinedly helping all stakeholders overcome obstacles and guiding digital solutions forward
  • You oversee and evaluate a portfolio of innovation initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement, assisting strategic decision-making and implementation
  • You lead a multi-disciplinary cross-functional team in the planning and execution of digital strategy and planning workshops leveraging user-centered design methodologies and approaches to ensure the needs of users are at the center of solution development
  • You interpret business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation
  • You track outcomes and manage activities and performance in accordance with budget and strategic direction
  • You establish and maintain collaborative relationships to drive results
  • You create, manage, and execute project/product workstream work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • You will define, implement, and monitor key digital transformation metrics and produces meaningful reports to Leadership to ensure alignment of business development plans and proposals impacting organizational, financial, and operational results through business development activities
  • You will trace external and internal requirements through the digital thread (design controls, document controls, purchasing controls, identification and traceability, production and process controls, acceptance activities, nonconforming product, corrective and preventive action, labeling and packaging control, handling, storage, distribution, installation, and records)

What makes you successful:
  • You have demonstrated results with progressively increasing responsibilities and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and work with a geographically distributed team
  • You have a strong understanding of FDA 21 CFR Part 820 - Quality System Regulations "Good Manufacturing Practice for Medical Devices," including computer software validation and data analytics.
  • You bring in-depth experience in operations, sustaining engineering (quality and manufacturing), and supply chain.
  • You have prior experience in deploying Manufacturing Execution System (MES) or other system deployment and sustainability experience in the medical device or life science industry.
  • You have experience leading system migrations and enhancements.
  • You have prior experience in managing projects from proof of concept to delivery.
  • You communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely in writing; read and understand the information presented in writing; listen to and understand information and ideas as presented verbally.
  • You have established objectives and specify the strategies and actions to achieve these objectives.
  • You have coordinated the activities or tasks of people, departments, or divisions.
  • You have led annual and semi-updated departmental budgeting activities.

Exempt Salary Details:

The annual base salary range for this role is $156,400 to $260,600. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.

Experience and Education

  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree with 13+ years of industry experience.
  • 5-8 years of previous people management experience.
