Travel: 10-15% expected travel to local manufacturing sites

Ferrara is looking for a Senior Project Manager to own and support continuous improvement projects within the Supply Chain Architecture group, which primarily focuses on MES/MIS software, reporting, and integration.

Ways You Will Make a Difference

• Collaborate with our strategic partners and work cross-functionally with the manufacturing, IT, and infrastructure teams to track and deliver projects related to our Smart Factory/Internet of Things (digital manufacturing) initiatives
• Deliver improved visibility to our manufacturing performance and key sources of loss
• Present information to senior leadership, helping them make strategic decisions while considering impacts across the organization
• Work with users to collect and document requirements, develop training material, and help educate both front line users as well as plant management on new tools or reports
• Provide full transparency into progress across all projects through robust status updates and reporting
• Maintain a healthy balance between achieving business objectives and ensuring accountability while also promoting a collaborative and friendly environment
• Effectively anticipate, avoid, or appropriately manage potential conflicts

Experiences That Will Support Your Success

• Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science
• 5+ years of project management experience with a large consumer products business, food manufacturing company, or a consulting firm
• Demonstrated track record of managing complex cross-functional projects involving such as: business process redesign, new capabilities development via IT and infrastructure upgrades, and more
• General knowledge of integrated ERP systems and MES/MIS systems
• Proven experience building project plans using project management tools and techniques
• Excellent experience using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• PMP certification and experience with Microsoft Project is a plus

• Ability to multi-task, managing parallel work streams and priorities with multiple stakeholders
