SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for overseeing all the rendering functions, both the production and mechanical aspects.

Other duties include:

• Producing quality products in a safe, clean, and efficient manner;
• Ensuring that team members adhere to all company policies and procedures;
• Submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports in a timely manner;
• Other duties as assigned.

This position will also cover the maintenance department when a supervisor in that area is absent. In the absence of the General Manager, Supervisor position will assume all responsibilities and act as his designee.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Two 2 plus years of Rendering and management experience preferred.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.

Preference given to internal qualified candidates currently employed at this facility followed by candidates from other Tyson facilities then external candidates.
