We are currently looking for a Sr. Solutions Developer. In this role, you will lead the development efforts to support digital transformation of Glazer’s Beer and Beverage. This includes designing, building, and deploying custom business applications and automated workflows usingall Microsoft Power Platformtools and Microsoft Cloud technology. This position is a hybrid role in Dallas-Ft. Worth.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work directly with senior and executive leadership to understand project requirements and business needs

• Develop solutions and project plans with detailed business and technical requirements to meet business needs

• Overall accountability for end-to-end delivery of projects, design and quality of solutions

• Maintain and grow our development platforms to better prepare for future enhancements and increase speed to market

• Demonstrate a passion and commitment towards advancing automation and testing techniques

• Ensure proper communication concerning changes in established milestones or challenges that may affect the outcome of a project's completion date

• Use Agile and SDLC processes that align with industry best practices

• Provide mentorship for the development team while working on the support and improvement of production platforms

• Facilitate review of work products such as requirements, code, designs, and test plans produced by team members

• Engage in long-term strategic roadmap and IT systems architecture planning

• Develop and maintain project and operational reporting to demonstrate development team KPIs (delivery rate, burndown rate, velocity, throughput etc)

• Perform any other job duties as requested

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required

• A minimum of five (5) years of IT and/or relevant business experience, to include a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a developer, and three (3) years of experience in a relevant domain, such as a systems administrator, development lead, or Sr. engineer

• Thorough knowledge and experience creating Power Apps, Power Automate Flows and using Dataverse

• Knowledgeable of Powershell

• Knowledgeable of Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure SQL DB, Data Factory, Active Directory)

• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation

• Effectively disseminates information to appropriate audiences verbally and in writing

• Ability to lead technical evaluations and conduct research & development in emerging technologies

• Should possess ability to understand the existing systems and outline specifications of the users to make the software more user friendly

• Ability to effectively execute tasks while working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

• Strong interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills; listening and critical thinking; presentation skills, facilitation skills

• Ability to establish effective working relationships with stakeholders at all different levels

• Flexibility during organizational and/or business changes

• Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Customer Service oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, MBA, or other technology-related degree
