Immediate need for a talented Senior Systems Engineer with experience in the Airline Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures operation by training client personnel; providing support.


• Provides reference by writing documentation.


• Performs tests to ensure that the systems work as expected.


• Trains the system's end users and writes instruction manuals, when required.


• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Set up, monitor, & schedule batch jobs across multiple operating system platforms and business application environments using CNTL-M. Monitor and troubleshoot CNTL-M agents.


• Automate ticketing and notifications for failed batch jobs, long running, & late jobs


• Maintain job Documentation for CNTL-M batch jobs.


• Run on request jobs, Restart/Rerun jobs. Approve/Reject Client requests.


• Work with systems/vendors to install fixes, upgrades, new releases


• On call 24x7 coverage support
