  • Pursuing 12-15 major accounts in the commercial sector (accounts are both existing accounts and new logos)
  • Acting as the account lead on assigned accounts, setting the sales strategy and taking overall responsibility for developing and nurturing the client relationship
  • Driving growth through hunting new opportunities, prospecting and cold calling a list of target accounts, and leveraging both internal and external resources
  • Building and managing client relationships
  • Managing the shaping and closure of opportunities on assigned accounts, leveraging Itero's delivery organization as necessary
  • Maximizing profitability by effectively negotiating bill rates and terms
  • Effectively and concisely communicating account knowledge to team members (recruiting, delivery, management)
  • Working directly with recruiting and customer support to ensure that our clients' hiring needs and employees' needs are met
  • Proficiently working in a metrics-based environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience selling consulting/staffing services, ideally in Healthcare, Financial Services or System Integrators
  • Demonstrated success selling solutions/staffing with consistent quarterly and yearly quota achievement utilizing a solution selling model
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Customer, leadership, and sales-focused experience
  • Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment
  • Desire for relationship-based selling
  • Actively seeking to work in a professional and performance-based environment
