Job Summary

Work Schedule:

• Minimum 8 hours a week; Hours will flex Mid Day to evenings; Holiday and weekend rotation

Sterile Processing Tech:

• To fulfill various ancillary functions such as the processing of used surgical instrumentation, assembling and wrapping packs, restocking storage areas and relieving other aides.
• Receive and dispense supplies and equipment.
• Perform cleaning, assembling, preparation and sterilizing duties in Central Sterile Processing as directed

Qualifications

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma - OR - GED

Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience and Certification required

Certifications:

• IAHCSMM Cert or CBSPD Cert required
