What You Will Be Doing The ideal candidate has experience building multifamily and affordable housing projects as a Superintendent. You will be leading the field operations by coordinating and overseeing the construction sites and communicating effectively with all involved parties. Our superintendents have in depth safety and compliance understanding to ensure smooth project completion
What You Need for this Position At least 2 years of Superintendent experience:
- Affordable Housing
- Multi Family
- experience scheduling and coordinating with internal / external stakeholders
- experience with walk-throughs, punch-list resolution, and closeout procedures
