Essential Functions Education & Experience Requirements High School Diploma or educational equivalent and 5 years' experience in operations environment required with 3 years supervisory/lead experience preferred, OR technical training certification and 3 years' experience in operations environment required with 3 years supervisory/lead experience preferred. Superior communication and interpersonal skills. Thorough understanding of processes and procedures of the operating area. Strong understanding of customer requirements. Position Summary Day to day supervisory of personnel to include selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation. Interacts directly with customer representatives. Forecasts for manpower, materials, and services that are required for completion of project(s). Makes frequent on-site inspections to ensure operations conform to plans, and are being carried out safely, efficiently, and economically. Handles special projects, as assigned.
