What's In It for You Base salary 80k-120k+ DOE
Bonus program after 1 year
$80 monthly phone
Paid lodging when traveling to project sites
$450 monthly car allowance
Food allowance when on project site ($15 first day, $30 after that, and $15 last day)

Vacation accrual rate (until year 5) 3.07 hrs per paycheck/80 hours per year. Unused time can be banked and total available hours cannot exceed 120 (You get an additional 24 hours per year as well which cannot be banked)

What You Need for this Position Experience as a Superintendent
Experience working at a GC, builder or design-build contractor
Modular, steel, wood, and/or concrete projects
Four-year educational degree (Plus)
What You Will Be Doing Oversee the daily operation of construction projects
Ensure safety, compliance, and quality regulations are followed
Communicate project progress to the project manager and identify any lagging activities and risk areas
Manage contractors and construction site organization
Provide two-week look ahead schedules updated weekly
Update daily logs, RFIs, project photos, reports, safety inspections, etc. daily / weekly
Provide quality control throughout the construction process
