The Procurement Department has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Supply Chain Analytics Analyst to work at the Coral Gables Campus.

The Supply Chain Analytics Analyst gathers data and conducts analysis with the goal of improving the organization's supply chain operations. Specifically, an employee in this position identifies underperforming areas in the supply chain and makes recommendations for improvements or resolutions to appropriate senior managing staff.

Participates in the negotiations of supplier contracts or service arrangements. Gathers, automates, and interprets supply chain data and business requirements. Develops and systematically generates performance analysis and reports. Provides analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals. Analyzes performance, investigates problems, identifies root causes, and develops systemic solutions. Identifies opportunities for cost containment and performance improvement. Cultivates and maintains strong partnerships with key supply chain stakeholders inside-and-outside of the department. Acts as department's subject matter expert in systems and data related to supply chain planning and practices. Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; Knowledge of Power BI required; Knowledge of Access and Workday preferred.
