Title: Support Engineering Cust Supt Service Specialist 3 (Need Active Secret)
Duration: 12 Months with possible extension

Job Description:
Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Provides technical support for maintenance, repair, overhaul and preventive measures that ensure continued safe and economic operations for customers.
Applies technical knowledge to research, develop, test and evaluate operations, support programs, modifications, repairs and technical data.
Communicates design and operational issues and concerns with Engineering.
Develops in-service correspondence for continued safe operation and maintenance of equipment. Participates in disabled product on-site surveys to assess extent of damage.
Recommends changes to existing test procedures, supports execution of test procedures and coordinates resolution of test anomalies to return products to operational status.
• Describe the project/day-to-day activities they will be working on: Install and connect electronic hardware, run acceptance test procedures, troubleshoot as needed.

Test & Evaluation background, engineering education,
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).
