Supported Living Supervisor

Benchmark is a national leader in providing programs to individuals with disabilities and mental illness. The Supported Living Program is hiring immediately! We are seeking a compassionate and caring person to work as a Supported Living Supervisor in Connersville, Indiana . Successful applicants will attend paid orientation and trainings .

General responsibilities include: Coordinate and manage the operation of Supported Living homes. Supervise staff and provide a meaningful day for the clients, supervision and training of employees, participate in team development, provide direct service to individuals served, ensure implementation of community based, age appropriate, recreational activities for th e individuals served, complete daily, weekly, monthly and yearly documentation, facilitates all repairs and required maintenance of the client's home, responsible for following client's finances, assists client in maintaining Medicaid eligibility, communicates professionally with stakeholders

General qualifications include : the ability to be on-call, have auto insurance and a driver's license, have a high school diploma or GED, experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, a minimum of 1-year supervisory experience, An Associates degree in a related field is preferred, two years - experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferred
