Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking a temporary to hire Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide support for their busy Bethesda, MD office!

About You:

• A Bachelor's degree is required for this position, preferably in Human Resources.
• At least 1+ years of professional experience required; an interest in HR desired (internships count!)
• Experience working with an ATS or HRIS preferred.
• Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications (including proofreading and grammar) are required.

The Job:

• Provide administrative support for recruiters and other staff members within the HR department.
• Update candidate database and run various HR reports.
• Schedule and follow up on interviews.
• Process invoices and coordinate travel.
• Manage the onboarding process and maintain personnel files.
• Assist with other tasks or special projects as needed.

This is a temporary to hire opportunity with an hourly rate ranging from $21-$24/hour during the temporary phase and converting to a salary of $50K-$55K once permanent.
