The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Partners in the business' recruitment and employment processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with co-op and intern program
• Manages the pre-employment and on-boarding process of new employees
• Reviews background checks; clears for hire
• Attends and may participate in the facilitation of high school and college job fairs and special events. Prepares and organizes supportive materials for distribution.
• Organize and schedule interviews with applicants
• Research industry trends pertaining to talent acquisition
• Maintain ATS database to ensure all information is up to date
• Work with TA team to support process improvement projects and day-to-day tasks
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION

• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools, such as Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to maintain efficiency and work independently
• Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
