Pharmaron Lab Services LLC., is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner
to source, attract, select, and secure industry leading talent for our rapidly growing organization. The Talent
Acquisition Partner will collaborate with various groups across the business and develop and execute
recruitment strategies to ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible talent.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Partner with business leaders, hiring managers and human resources to understand organizational
needs, and develop and execute recruitment strategies.
• Job advertising and posting: Work with managers to develop job descriptions, post on internal
and external sites, ensuring job postings are refreshed, collaborate with external recruiting
agencies as needed etc.
• Talent prospecting: Represent the organization at employment fairs, participate in campus
recruiting activities, build sourcing pipelines/networks for targeted talent pools, research and
recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the company's' Applicant Tracking System. Use
technology and interesting marketing techniques to identify candidates.
• Talent evaluation and screening: Analyze resumes for relevant skills, knowledge, and
qualifications, screen candidates, assist managers with interviews, schedule assessments, rank
candidates, extend verbal and written offers, and provide feedback.
• Work within our Applicant Tracking System to manage recruitment workflows. Track candidate
progress and maintain comprehensive notes. Maintain all required records and materials used for
recruitment.
• Talent staffing and planning: Assist with the forecasting of future hiring needs, aligning hiring
strategy to long-term workforce plans, analyzing market trends etc.
• Assist with compensation reviews, recruitment reports and other staffing needs. Assist with
Affirmative Action reporting and processes as needed.

Required Education, Experience and Skills:
• A minimum of an associate degree is required.
• A bachelor's degree in business, human resources or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience required.
• 2+ years' experience recruiting in a Contract Research Organization (CRO), Pharmaceutical,
Biopharmaceutical, Biotech, Clinical Research, or similar industry required.
• Excellent oral/written communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing and interpersonal
skills.
• Experience using traditional and non-traditional recruitment techniques.
• Ability to develop and maintain an extensive network of candidates.
• Ability to stay current with industry trends and emerging practices.
• Ability to manage projects and processes, working independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to navigate problems that are difficult and sometimes complex.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a solid understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws
