Responsibilities:

• 
  Recruit targeted professionals at all levels, based upon business needs and hiring goals
  
• 
  Deliver on the full-life-cycle of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, assessment, negotiating and extending candidate offers
  
• 
  Build strong and trusting relationships with the hiring managers within your assigned business unit(s) to help influence, drive and guide the recruiting/hiring process
  
• 
  Source and screen potential candidates to build candidate pipeline
  
• 
  Conduct telephone, virtual, and/or in-office interviews with selected candidates
  
• 
  Work to ensure compliance with EEO/Diversity policies and OFCCP guidelines and practices
  
• 
  Coach hiring managers and other interviewers on "best practice" interview techniques
  
• 
  Keep hiring managers informed of recruitment efforts and progress
  
• 
  Participate in career fairs and other events
  
• 
  Participate in special projects as needed

Required Experience

• 
  Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience or combination thereof
  
• 
  2+ years' experience as a talent acquisition specialist or recruiter
  
• 
  Knowledgeable of employment law and hiring practices
  
• 
  Demonstrated success in managing and sourcing multiple requisitions in multiple regions and markets
  
• 
  Ability to travel occasionally, 5-10%
  
• 
  Experience in using recruiting systems/applicant tracking systems (ATS) in managing the recruitment life cycle, WorkDay preferred
  
• 
  Experience sourcing and/or recruiting civil engineers, environmental engineers and/or scientists, architects and/or building engineers a plus
  
• 
  Social media recruiting experience preferred
