The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for creating strong talent pipelines by executing long-term recruitment strategies, assisting in full-cycle recruiting for the company and serving as Talent Brand Ambassador to source and attract qualified candidates for key positions.

We are looking for someone to join our Human Resources team as a 'culture addition' to help enhance our candidate experience through creative solutions and results-driven strategies.

What you will do:

• You will collaborate and partner with department managers to identify staffing needs.
• You will develop and manage community, college, university, and technical school recruitment strategies.
• You will plan and facilitate recruitment events to promote networking.
• You will coordinate the selection process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, selecting, hiring and onboarding.
• You will use relevant metrics for ongoing measurement to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment, selection and placement.

Qualifications include:

• Previous recruiting experience required.
• Workday HRIS and applicant tracking systems experience appreciated.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs- Outlook and Teams is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of government regulations relating to recruiting and employment
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, and travel up to 10%
