Kforce has a client that is seeking a Talent Business Analyst/Solutions Specialist in Tampa, FL.Responsibilities:
Provide initial support for client inquiries, including honing business questions, scoping requirements, and directing work to the appropriate team(s)
Work with clients to optimize their use of PA&R data and services, including promotion the adoption of new technology and providing process improvement support
Serving as a conduit between PA&R core teams and PA&R clients by helping core teams translate business questions into technical requirements and helping clients translate analytics products into comprehendible, business-relevant insights
Providing project management support to projects within PAR including developing project plans, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders
Perform other role-related duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years of experience in project management, with prior experience supporting data and analytics projects
Ability to balance detail (e.g., tracking nuanced client needs) with broader thinking about underlying goals/needs
Ability to communicate effectively with a broad set of clients from across the business, spanning multiple levels
Ability to distill insights and salient points from larger reports and analytics products
Proficient in quickly understanding new technologies, with the ability to train others on the use of technology platforms
Work well in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment within minimal oversight and an agile mindset
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills, particularly in managing multiple project priorities simultaneously
Strong written and oral communication skills to convey complex topics concisely
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)
Knowledge of the professional services industry is preferred
