The Richmond, Indiana Group Home Program i s seeking a qualified and caring pe rson to work as a Team Leader. Successful applicant will attend paid training to obtain required certifications. No experience is necessary, learn on-the-job.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support and train Direct Support Professionals .
• Ensure quality of services is provided.
• Collect and disseminate forms and agency information.
• Help develop and manage staffing schedules.
• Ensure the home is safe, clean and in good repair.
• M anage individual's financial information.
• Ensure Active Treatment is being implemented.
• Assist in monitoring individual's health care needs.
• Monitor proper diet, meal planning and shopping.
• Ensure that monthly safety drills are conducted and documented.
• R eport any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation.
• Maintain documentation, certification and training as required.
• Attending required trainings and m eetings.
• Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety.

G ENERAL QUALIFICATIONS :

• Valid driver's license
• At least 2 years experience working with people with ID/DD preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Some experience in supervision preferred but not required.
• Valid CPR and First Aid
