Tech Ops - BasicBCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Night time Shift engineer role - entry level - Basic in the Aurora, CO USA.!



Role: Night time Shift engineer role
Contract: 06 Months

Location: Aurora, CO USA(100% Onsite)
Night time schedule - (15% shift diff for night schedule when they convert to Full time + 6 hrs of OT on their long week) 3 on 4 off and 4 on 3 off alternating weeks 12 hour shift

• Sunday - Tuesday/Wednesday - front end shift 6p-6a
• Tuesday/Wednesday - Saturday - Back end shift 6p-6a
• Will train during normal hours.

Skills (required)

• Enterprise class system exp
• Data center experience
• Cabling knowledge
• Autobahn management (HP ILO/Dell IDRAC)

Skills (Nice to have)

• Linux
• Cloud computing
• Virtualization stacks
• Service Now (Any Ticket management system experience works)

Project/R&R

• Supporting all capabilities throughout 24/7 operational model
• Change and incident management
  • Something breaks
  • Vendors have issues locating gears in data center (all will be taught)
• Project work if something is scheduled to be installed or decommissioned.
• Installing equipment from all the following which will include onsite training
  • Servers
  • Network
  • Firewalls
• All Internal customers but will do external relationship management
  • External - Validating and all comes from internal
