TheTech Support/Help Desk & Service Delivery Associate Level II Installs and maintains computers and software for employees. Provides desk-side support on different applications and general computer knowledge as needed. Participates in scheduled downtime and maintenance of corporate server and network infrastructure. On call/available 24x7 with emergency hotline and smart phone based email. In depth participation on large-scale company initiatives and network maintenance. Mentors and trains level 1 technicians.

Essential Duties:

Helpdesk Tasks - Answering IT Hotline/Helpdesk tickets

  • Install New Hardware, Software and Peripherals
  • Manage user accounts/access/licenses
  • Employee Onboarding/Offboarding Tasks
  • Scheduled maintenance of existing hardware, software, printers, wiring, and server environments
  • After hours/on call emergency support and problem resolution/management
  • Daily participation of project based work/long term strategic implementations
  • Support retail and manufacturing facilities

Required Skills:

  • Windows 10, Server 2012, 2016 Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of Windows domain/Active Directory
  • Knowledge of IP Networks/subnetting/VLANs/VPN
  • Knowledge of low voltage cabling
  • Knowledge of network hardware (switches, routers, etc.)
  • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, etc
  • Knowledge of MS applications (Office365, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of system deployment utilities (cloning)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and User Management
  • Thorough Understanding of Network Printers

Required Skills:

  • Must be Bilingual Spanish
  • General proficiency in a wide-range of software is needed
  • Solid troubleshooting/problem resolution
  • In depth knowledge of Windows operating system and associated hardware/peripherals
  • Active Directory Users and Computers
  • OS Virtualization (VMware)
