Direct Hire
Location: Rockaway, NJ (hybrid role, not 100% remote)
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 Depending on experience
What You Will Be Doing - Install/Upgrade software suite to the integrated solution
- Configure software suite, including but not limited to all software settings, database configuration, define rights and permissions for groups, define sources (video, web, application, etc.), scripting for custom configurations, etc.
- Provide integration services
- Addressing hardware and configuration issues, and identifying software/OS issues
- Troubleshooting system configuration, network, and software/OS issues
What You Need for this Position 3 years of experience with:
- Technical Support
- Level I & II support
- MS Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019
- Windows 7/10
- Salesforce/ServiceMax cloud applications preferred

- CTS Certification
- Network+ and/ or Security+ certification
