Salary: $25.00 USD Hourly - $28.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technical Support Technician
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an IT support role, involving extensive customer support, both remote and in-person
• Full understanding of Windows Environment and extensive experience with MS Office Suite
• Ability to travel, and ability to pass a Jacobs' driving record review
Ideally, you'll also have:
• A.S. or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
• ServiceNow or related ticketing management system
Responsibilities:
As the Service Delivery Technician, you'll join our collaborative and engaging IT team. Your team provides desktop hardware configuration and upgrades, monitoring, software installations, hardware upgrades, imaging and PC deployment. You'll manage a Windows Environment, (AD account maintenance, security groups and permissions. Using our ServiceNow ticketing management system, you'll be installing and configuring standard desktop packages, liaising with third-party maintenance engineers as needed.
