As a Technology Enablement Practice Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our practice to deliver exceptional results for our clients. The practice you will lead drives impact across a broad range of technology engineering capabilities including Technology Strategy, Cloud, Software, Technical Delivery, and Agile. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, managing teams of consultants, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services. Your expertise in consulting methodologies, industry knowledge, and leadership skills will be crucial in driving the success of our Technology Enablement practice.

What you'll do:

  • Practice Leadership: Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and goals for the Technology Enablement practice, aligning it with the overall business/market objectives. Lead the development and implementation of innovative consulting approaches and methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-value services to clients.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand the Technology Enablement practice, including client prospecting, proposal development, and negotiation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions to address their challenges.
  • Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of consultants. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to consultants, fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment. Define performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Client Engagement: Lead consulting engagements, serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, develop tailored solutions, and oversee the successful execution of projects. Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the consulting field. Act as a thought leader by sharing insights, conducting research, and publishing articles or whitepapers. Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and forums.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the Technology Enablement practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. Monitor project profitability, revenue targets, and expenses, implementing measures to optimize financial outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain and enhance the quality standards of the Technology Enablement practice. Develop and implement quality assurance processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services that meet or exceed client expectations. Continuously assess and improve internal processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
