Job Summary
Works in conjunction with all areas of Information Technology to include multimedia support services, distance learning, PC support, networking and phone support to provide first level problem tracking, identification and support for end users via telephone, e-mail, web and in person.

QualificationsEDUCATION: Certification -or- demonstrated knowledge skills and abilities (KSA) in specialized area
EXPERIENCE: One (1) year related experience and/or demonstrated ability in subject area
DESIRABLE: Experience in customer service of computer operations
