RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Telecom Analyst in Bonita Springs, FL.Responsibilities:- Telecom Analyst will administer the phone switch system, phone mail server, voice mail server and call accounting system
- Handles telecommunication moves, additions, and changes
- Maintains call center applications and functionality
- Compiles monthly call accounting for phone billing purposes
- As a Telecom Analyst, you will assist with the operating budget for telecommunication needs
- Orders new data communications materials for operating telecommunications and telephone equipment
- Assists the telecommunications specialist with cable network infrastructure installations and maintenance
- Assign new phones, complete shipping, and assist in phone connectivity on a schedule
- Adding and removing phones, troubleshooting and documentation
- The phone distribution needs to be documented so we can inform on-site contractors on phone placement
REQUIREMENTS:
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
