Location: Jersey City, NJ
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Telecom Engineer to work hybrid in Jersey City twice a week.
Potential right to hire so must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 10+ years of industry experience with 5+ years of relevant experience with various Telecom tools and technologies.
- Minimum required skills include an understanding of the Cisco UC platform (which includes Emergency Responder, Communications Manager 11.X, Unity Connection, Call Center Express, IM & Presence, Intelligence Center, and VCS Expressway MRA).
- IPC Unigy advanced admin certification in order to troubleshoot, and maintain, the trading turret platform.
- Experience with instrumenting telecom infrastructure and services with monitoring, alerting, logging, and distributed tracing tools.
