Our client, a law firm in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary Receptionist to support their team!

About You:

• 2+ years of administrative experience; professional services experience is a plus.
• Tech savvy and proficient in telephone/voicemail systems; EMS experience is a plus.
• Familiar with office procedures for conference room/food service scheduling.
• Detail-oriented/organized with excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to be 100% on-site (5 days/week), in the Washington, DC office.

The Job:

• Greet and announce clients and visitors in the office.
• Answer phones (internal and external calls) and take and transmit messages.
• Serve as receptionist for special office events.
• Utilize the EMS to book conference rooms for meetings.
• Perform additional clerical and administrative projects as assigned.

This is a temporary position that pays $24/hr-$28/hr and is slated to last for around 2 months.
