Our client, a hospital in Boston, MA is seeking an executive assistant within the Gynecology department on a temporary basis for 1-2 months. This role is responsible for supporting the chief with scheduling and calendar needs, including meetings and creating agendas. Along with this, collecting documentation for physician out of state licensure requirements, additional scheduling support for the Executive Administrative Director and/or other physicians, as well as general office and administrative support are additional responsibilities. This position is on site, Monday- Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm, but may transition to virtual after a training period, paying $24 an hour based on previous experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative assistance, is proactive, organized and has clear verbal and written communication skills.
