We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented teammate with an outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills to join our reservation call center team as an Office Technician.

Working as an Office Technician in the reservation call center in Lincoln, you will assist guests in person and over the phone using an online system to reserve camping and lodging at 30 of Nebraska's State Parks, provide information on agency policies and park amenities, assist with changes to reservations, assist with data entry and special projects, and most importantly, ensure guest satisfaction.

Location: 2200 North 33rd Street-Lincoln, Nebraska

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Examples of Work
Schedule and confirm reservations for cabins, lodge rooms, and campgrounds for guests by phone and/or in person using computerized reservation system. Under immediate supervision, processes and maintains varied records and written materials through the use of established clerical procedures (such as scanning, data entry, sorting/filing correspondence and documents), and operates office machines, personal computers and associated software, pertinent to the purposes of an office, program, or administration operations; performs related work as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements
REQUIREMENTS: Coursework/training or experience in public contact, customer service, and/or performing and applying office/clerical support procedures, including the use of a personal computer, associated software, and office equipment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of modern office methods and procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and the public to exchange information; compute and total figures involving the use of addition, subtractions, multiplication, and division; operate office machines including personal computer and word processing software.
