Title: Test Lead
Anticipated Duration: 6 Months Contract with possible extension or permanent depending on the performance of the candidate and client needs
Location: ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL 60007

Financial Services is preferred but not required. Good job history, well written resume and a Test Lead from large similar tech stack will suffice.
Position Title Business Test Analyst for Retail Services Information Management
Justification Business test analyst to analyze and execute end-to-end test for CRS RSIM team
"In need of a test lead who can gather and interpret requirements, and create end-to-end business focused test plan across credit solution applications, including but not limited to Credit, Collections, Scoring, AML, Marketing strategy implementations and Analytics. The test lead would also coordinate testing effort executed by internal and external testers.
The job requires the below.

* Experience with Credit systems very important and Credit Card Industry a Plus.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Quick learner and self starter
* Strong Analytical, communication and written skills
* Act as a liaison between external stakeholder and the business testing team.
* Extensive experience in Data mapping exercise which could be straight through or derived and to perform validation of what was mapped is accurate to source.
* Ability to understand and deep dive into the current applications to scope out testing requirements
* Have a technical background and has worked as a programmer or testing in the past
* Working knowledge of Unix, and Autosys is required and Java, SQL/SAS, SVN is a plus
* Responsibilities
o Gather cross application functional requirements and translate into end-to-end contextual testing requirements
o Design test cases and work with testers to execute the test cases
o Document test design and results
o Triage defect identified and work with stakeholders to resolve the issues"
