Assists overall management of HOV's Thrift Shoppe. Assists in successful management through effective leadership and support of guidelines set in place by store manager.
Responsibilities
§ Support quality Thrift Shoppe operations.
§ Maintains a clean and orderly processing area.
§ Promotes and maintain excellent customer relations.
§ Maintains and enhances professional skills.
§ Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.
Minimum Qualifications
§ Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Management or equivalent experience.
§ Minimum two years experience in retail business.
§ Financial management and budgeting experience.
