Description: Our client is currently seeking a Tool & Fixture Specialist B
[Additional Description]
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Performs routine tool set up activities.
- Makes minor repairs. Performs manufacture, assembly and fabrication of tools.
- Operates various factory support equipment to move materials and tools as required.
- Provides tooling support to other organizations. Assists in determining fabrication and assembly processes for the design.
- Assists in reverse engineering design and fabrication processes for parts.
- Operating factory equipment -
- Analytical skills- planning and organizing - Hand tools experience(wrenches as example)
- Able to work outside for extended periods of time during fair or inclement weather
- Able to climb ladders to gain access to interior of airplanes
- Able to learn and gain proficiency in the use of fork lifts, scissor lifts, single-man lifts, JLGs and aircraft moving equipment
- High School Diploma or GED
