Travel Customer Service Specialist

AAA Washington - Issaquah

Become a brand ambassador for the travel industry! As a Travel Customer Service Specialist for AAA Washington, you will be responsible for elevating customer experiences and cross-selling products and services. At the store location in Issaquah, enjoy our customer friendly setting, established client base, team environment, and a role that adds to our clients lives and creates lasting memories.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer services or sales with a High-School diploma or GED. Prior experiences working in a club or membership-based organization are a plus!

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Provide a personalized experience greeting customers, identifying their needs, and uncovering opportunities for referrals to Travel Advisors or Insurance Agents

• Handle customer needs or connect them with the right expert for resolution

• Facilitate the processing and education of international driving permits and any applicable regulations. Process passport photo for clients

• Act as a subject matter expert for AAA membership

• Sell travel store merchandise, membership, attraction tickets, and financial products including the AAA credit card

• Utilize a POS system and accurately process transactions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor's degree

SALARY:

• Target hiring salary range is $20.63 to $25.26 per hour and offer rate is based on experience.
