Job Summary

The Treasury Analyst is responsible for providing the day-to-day cash management reporting and analysis as well as supporting the credit card and Travel and Expense (T&E) programs and other general Treasury operations.

This will be a hybrid role that will require commuting to our corporate office in Sandy Springs at least 2 days a week.

Primary Responsibilities

• Performs daily liquidity management activities including cash positioning, execution of electronic payments and daily review of cash activity
  
• Updates cash forecasting models daily and assist with weekly/monthly updates
  
• Prepares global daily cash summary
  
• Assists with the identification of bank receipts and disbursements
  
• Maintains Payment portal including users and vendors
  
• Maintains Treasury Information Database
  
• Assist with external audit and SOX compliance requests quarterly/annually
  
• Documents cash management procedures
  
• Maintains letters of credit and renewals
  
• Performs bank fee analysis and corresponding resolution
  
• Administers the company credit card program including ordering new cards, attending to fraud alerts, and administering cardholder agreements
  
• Performs T&E audits using Oversight audit tool
  
• Assists with T&E system reporting, and analysis as needed
  
• Assists with identifying and implementing department efficiencies
  
• Other duties as required
  

Competencies

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and multi-task efficiently
  
• Working knowledge of receipt and disbursement accounting
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills, detail oriented, with high level of ethics and integrity
  
• Ability to communicate and work with personnel across the company
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or General Business preferred
  
• 1+ years previous Corporate Treasury experience preferred
  
• Experience with Oversight audit tool and Concur preferred
  
• Experience with Sharepoint or similar applications
