Overview

i3 is seeking a UH60 SME to assist a software development team in developing virtual training solutions for the UH60L/M/V. Candidate must be able to translate aviation terminology, procedure, and operations for the Virtual Training Suite (VTS) development team. Candidate would also assist with product progress reporting, scheduling, and customer (stakeholder) interface.
Responsibilities

Candidate should possess excellent communications and analytical skills; knowledge of Interactive Multimedia Instruction is a plus. Candidate will work closely with customers, supervisors, instructional systems designers, software designers, software engineers and 3D artists to create interactive mobile, web, augmented reality, virtual reality, desktop training systems, serious games, and distributed learning simulations.

Candidate will provide subject matter expertise through design meetings, storyboard creation and software content validation. Candidate should be able to quickly adapt to changing workloads, collaborate with your team and other business units to provide software solutions, following best practices ensuring a high-quality standard. This is a fast-paced work environment with plenty of room for creativity, expression, and growth.

Position Location: Joint Base Langley Eustis, Huntsville, AL, Fort Novosel

CONUS Travel required: Less than 25%
Qualifications

Required Experience:

• 16+ years' relevant experience - or - BA/BS Degree and 11+ years' relevant experience
• UH60M qualified 15T
• Ability to obtain SECRET security clearance
• Proficiency with MS Office suite

Preferred Experience:

• Military experience as an instructor
• Familiarity with the Army UHPO and TRADOC
• MEDEVAC Mission Experience
• Familiarity with software development, 3D creation, gaming is a plus
