Part of Walmart's Last Mile Delivery organization, Walmart InHome delivers fresh groceries directly into customers' kitchen or garage fridges. We're a scrappy and entrepreneurial team that's obsessed with simplifying shopping and finding ways to make our customers' lives easier.

Walmart InHome has launched in five markets with plans to expand aggressively, taking advantage of Walmart's massive customer base nationwide.

InHome is building its strategic partnerships team to reach more customers and add value to our current offering. We're looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for managing successful partnership initiatives and new partnership launches, measure and report on performance, and evaluate new opportunities in the home delivery space. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional peers, senior leaders, and external stakeholders to move projects forward. You should be a strategic, impact-driven, and resourceful team player.

• Lead successful initiatives with InHome's existing partners
• Regularly measure and report on performance
• Conduct research to identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities
• Present recommendations to senior leaders to drive business development decisions
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional peers and senior leaders/stakeholders to move projects forward
• Build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels
• Take on multiple projects

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business, or similar field
• Min. 5 years relevant work experience in business development, operations, management consulting, startup, or similar field
• Strategic and analytical focus
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Detailed oriented and organized with ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management and ability to work well in cross functional settings
