We're looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager who will develop product area strategy, and roadmap by compiling and analyzing customer feedback, site usage, market research, and competitive analysis to drive compelling experiences for Marketplace, Brand Management. They will collaborate with multiple teams to develop and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions, and present product strategy to leadership. They will set performance goals and measure growth and adoption of new products and overall program effectiveness. As a part of the Walmart Marketplace org, the Brand Management product team is dedicated to building experiences that increase business performance, promotion, and protections of Brand Owners.

You'll sweep us off our feet if:

  • You use data to drive strategy, decisions and outcomes.
  • Strong experience on UX products and thought leadership to drive delightful experiences for user journeys. B2B exposure preferred.
  • You have experience working with Engineering, UX designers or Data Scientists to create intuitive experiences.
  • You're comfortable working with software engineers to develop scalable solutions.
  • You're skilled at engaging and communicating with senior executives across multiple domains.
  • You engage at a detailed level across key stakeholders.
  • You're organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You're stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale.
  • You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are excited to work on 0-1 opportunities
  • You're a motivated, resourceful, organized, and curious individual

You'll make an impact by:
  • Driving roadmap prioritization, vision, and strategy with internal
    stakeholders within the specific vertical product
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define success
    metrics, drive go-to-market strategy and adoption, drive product
    feature enhancements/iterations
  • Conducting user research and surveys by synthesizing customer
    pain points; analyze and visualize large amount of data into actionable
    insights and be an advocate of metric-driven decision-making process
  • Coordinating post-launch activities to validate that the new
    features work as designed, collect performance metrics and customer
    feedback
  • Moving fast within our complex and global organization

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

- Stock equity incentives

Minimum Qualifications...

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
