Summary:

Responsible for conducting relevant research projects within scope of the human-centered design and providing research outcomes to support business needs related to the Associate experience design across CHRISTUS. Responsible for gathering market data and providing insights related to digital experience across other organizations similar in size and industry, as well as best-in-class examples from other unrelated organizations.Oversees the development and administration of Associate experience survey across the organization and responsible for providing Associate insights to the MTM Owners to inform the experience design and evolution.

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partners closely with the Human-Centered Design Expert to understand business needs and research objectives
  • Develops collaborative relationships with the Human-Centered Design Expert and MTM Owners to provide relevant and timely research to be applied to experience initiatives
  • Evaluates and develops ways to collect external data using relevant data collection channels
  • Carries out research within scope of the human-centered design, establishes study protocol accordingly, and analyzes information for broader consumption within the Associate Experience team and overall Digital HR COE
  • Prepares and presents research reports/presentations to share findings and insights with key business stakeholders and Associate Experience team members
  • Maintains database of research project results and provides access as necessary
  • Evaluates and develops ways to collect external data including opinion polls, surveys, market scans, and other data collection resources
  • Works with external vendors as necessary to conducts market research on digital experience best practices and trends across other organizations, as well as more targeted research on organizations similar in size and industry to CHRISTUS Health
  • Monitors market trends related to employee experience delivery through innovation and best-in-class digital platforms
  • Identifies new experience platforms that serve the needs of CHRISTUS Health Associate Experience and liaises with relevant IS and MTM stakeholders to determine appropriate fit against CHRISTUS's experience initiatives
  • Conducts analysis on the data collected
  • Leads the development and administration of employee sentiment surveys
  • Collaborates with key business stakeholders to design the survey structure and questions and coordinates with necessary reporting analyst for implementation
  • Provides expertise on survey leading practices related to survey design elements such as survey length and question types (e.g., multiple choice, open-ended text, ratings, etc.)
  • Conducts analysis on Associate data to provide insights into Associate pain points and needs to feed the design of the Associate Experience
  • Creates and maintains reports and dashboards to visualize quantitative survey data (ratings) and qualitative survey data (sentiment analysis) and track survey performance
  • Coordinates survey release schedule and communications, and provides post survey release support to Associate as needed (e.g., survey access and deadline, anonymity policy, etc.)
  • Converts findings from research and data collection into digestible reports to share with MTM Owners and other key stakeholders to influence the experience design for different MTMs

  • 1-3 years of experience is required.
  • Experience working with experience design methods, including application of UX/UI trends and best practices
  • Familiar with human-centered design concepts, including Moments-that-Matters (MTM), Journey Maps, Personas, digital platforms, etc.
  • Experience with translating complex concepts and methods into consumable language for specific audience
  • Experience working with highly cross-functional teams and maintaining the relationships with different teams across the organization
  • Experience working under a highly collaborative environment and maintaining continuous communication
  • Experience working with survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, etc.)
  • Experience managing end-to-end survey administration for medium to large organizations
  • Experience with building reports and dashboards within survey tools to inform leadership of survey performance and other KPIs
  • Experience conducting employee sentiment analysis from large datasets and drawing insights from the analysis to support survey objective
  • Familiar with survey design and administration best practices
