RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Madison, NJ that is seeking a UX Designer. This role is 100% Remote.Summary:As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating delightful, intuitive, and user-centric experiences across our web and mobile platforms. Your exceptional design skills and strategic thinking will guide the development of our products, ensuring they remain competitive and user-friendly in the ever-evolving real estate market.Responsibilities:- Work with UX research to conduct in-depth user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences; Analyze user behavior, interactions, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation; Translate user insights into actionable design strategies and product enhancements
- Develop clear and effective information architectures and user flows; Create detailed wireframes and prototypes that showcase the proposed design solutions; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and iterate on designs
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that align with the brand and enhance user experience; Develop interactive prototypes to communicate and validate design concepts; Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design decisions; Analyze test results and feedback to refine and optimize the user experience; Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and changing requirements
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency and scalability; Establish design guidelines and best practices to promote a unified user experience
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals and priorities; Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of learning and growth
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
- Proven track record (5+ years) of designing user experiences for web and mobile applications
- Experience working with user research and usability testing
- Experience in streamlining complicated enterprise software
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects and design solutions
- Knowledge of current UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, etc.)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions
- Bonus points: Experience designing Content Management and Learning systems
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
