RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Cleveland, OH that is seeking a UX Developer.Responsibilities:

• The UX Developer will support UX strategy and process definition within the company
• Oversee usability and design research for each project using techniques like contextual inquiry, competitive analysis, etc to understand usage problems
• Support UX strategy and process definition within the company
• Participate in all phases of the development process
• The UX Developer will translate business and user needs into usable, visually compelling, and technically sound interactive solutions, utilizing multiple technologies
• Communicate concepts using a variety of methods (i.e., wireframes, mockups, prototypes) in order to help stakeholders envision proposed designs
• Conduct heuristic evaluation and task-based usability tests to validate design solutions
• Help establish and maintain UI consistency across designed systems
• Support development team through iterative lifecycle of design implementation
• UX Developer will collaborate with marketing, product, engineering and customer support on the implementation, training, and support of design solutions

REQUIREMENTS:

• B2B experience
• Experience designing complex systems and software
• Experience using a variety of methods (i.e., wireframes, mockups, prototypes)
• Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned
• Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
