Job Description:

• As a contract UX/UI SharePoint Designer, you will play a vital role in optimizing our technology use to meet business objectives.
• This position will create user-friendly, aesthetically engaging interfaces that bring simplicity and efficiency to the complex design of our human resource SharePoint sites.
• Analyze existing SharePoint sites and provide recommendations for improvement in user interface, document management, collaboration, and workflow.
• Understand business processes and identify opportunities for leveraging SharePoint capabilities to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Develop engaging and interactive user experiences (UX) that enhance internal user satisfaction.
• Develop custom components, web parts, workflows, and forms using SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Power Platform, or other development tools.
• Ensure alignment with corporate and employment brand principles.
• Manage SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types to organize and structure data effectively.
• Conduct testing of SharePoint solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
• Identify and address any issues or bugs in the solution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in designing, customizing, and developing solutions within the SharePoint platform.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and other SharePoint development tools.
• Familiarity with building apps, services, and connectors using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Experience evaluating business processes.
• SharePoint designer experience with Microsoft SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types.
• Experience testing SharePoint solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
