Our tech client is looking for a UX Writer to join their team for a 6-month freelance project.

Responsibilities:


Write and edit in-product content that helps people navigate, learn, and understand how to use Grammarly’s product offerings
Provide a content-first perspective throughout the product cycle for a variety of product experiences, from established product space to new to world explorations
Manage multiple projects with variable scopes and deadlines, from needs assessment to delivery


Experience/ Skills Needed:


Excellent writing and editing skills; can write short, useful, helpful, and engaging text without sacrificing grammar and quality
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Working as a UX writer (or similar role) for 8 or more years
Working with user research, analyzing customer feedback, and using data to improve product experiences
Learning new subject matters quickly, implementing feedback, giving constructive feedback, and positively contributing to a collaborative environment


Software: Google Suite, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Figma, Slack, and internal tools/systems as necessary


For consideration, candidates must have samples of UX-focused writing work that demonstrates their approach to user-centered design (online portfolio, PDF, or another format.)
