Job Description:

The University of Florida Veterinary Hospitals is recruiting for a Client Service Representative (CSR) for our two veterinary hospitals in Ocala, FL. This individual will work at UF Pet Emergency Treatment Services (UF PETS) and UF Veterinary Hospital at WEC. The CSR acts as a client advocate, ensuring that each client experience matches the excellent care offered to their pets. They are responsible for coordinating the daily activity of patients admitted and discharged from the hospital, communicating with clients during the course of their appointment, and ensuring the client is aware and understands charges.

Expected Salary:

$17.00 - $20.00; Competitive salary based on education and experience

Minimum Requirements:

Client Services Representative I: High school diploma or equivalent and one year relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Client Services Representative II: High school diploma or equivalent and three years of relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a Client Service position in a relevant field
