Veolia North America is looking for Innovation Project Coordinator

Job Description

As an Innovation Project Coordinator the VIE will support and drive growth within an entrepreneurial environment that values and rewards performance, fosters meaningful professional growth and offers unique flexibility to explore growth strategies. This critically important role will be supporting a dynamic and growing environmental recycling group that is transforming the way we do business through seeking creative business offers that support sustainability and ecological transformation, specifically in recycling EV batteries, Solar Panels, Printed Circuit Boards, Electronic Waste and Rare Earth Elements. This role is best described as an innovator and executer in order to create solutions to business problems by bringing to market new products, services and business models.

He/She will responsible for :

Research industry leading waste recycling technologies specifically in EV batteries, Solar Panels, Printed Circuit Boards, Electronic Waste and Rare Earth Elements

  • Ability to understand clients' waste challenges and to shape potential solutions

  • Build relationships with key suppliers and partners throughout the supply chain

  • Negotiate with suppliers to gain a competitive advantage on price

  • Design and develop new products, services or business models with pricing, margin analysis and forecasted predictions

  • Project manage new initiatives ensuring tasks are assigned and completed on-time

  • Be a catalyst for innovation within technological advancement and marketing

  • Be the champion for launch and develop or support internal or external training

Qualifications

  • Educational background: Master's Degree required

  • Professional background: Experience in building and maintaining relationships

  • Skills:

    • Excellent attention to detail

    • Excellent time and project management skills

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

    • Strong negotiator

  • Languages:Excellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding presentation skills in english

  • Personal abilities:

    • Ability to work in a fast paced, competitive culture

    • Ability to travel as required
