Job Details:
Take fillets that have been skinned and cut with knife, removing bones and skin as necessary.
Job Synopsis:
Primary tasks are to take fillets from conveyor located directly in front of workstation; fillet is visually inspected for bones, cartilage, bruising and skin; bones, cartilage and bruises are removed with a knife; skin can be removed with the knife or the preferred method of pulling; fillets are split and placed onto fillet take-away conveyor.
Weekend required.
